meta标记用于定义文件信息，对网页文件进行说明，便于搜索引擎查找。放置于<head></head>之间
设置关键字：
<meta name=”keywords” content=”value”>多个关键字内容之间可以用“，”分隔
设置描述：<meta name=”description” content=”value”>
设置作者：<meta name=”author” content=”作者名”>
设置字符集：<meta http-equiv=”content-type” content=”text/html;charset=gb2312”>
设置页面定时跳转：<meta http-equiv=“refresh"content="2;URL=http://www.itcast.cn" />
